Common questions
01What does 'per seat' mean?
A seat is one team member with access to PuppyOne. Agents themselves are not counted as seats — you can run unlimited agents per workspace. Only the humans managing, configuring, or monitoring the workspace count.
02What's included in the free plan?
The free plan lets you explore PuppyOne with core features enabled. You can connect data sources, create a workspace, and run agents. Limits apply to storage and the number of active connectors. Detailed limits will be published when we launch.
03Can I self-host PuppyOne for free?
Yes. Self-hosted single-organization deployments are free under the Puppyone Sustainable Use License. You run PuppyOne on your own infrastructure, your data stays in your VPC, and there are no seat fees. Enterprise support contracts are available separately.
04Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. You will retain access until the end of the current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees.
05What does Enterprise include?
